1. Who we are

Advanced Communications & Electronics Systems Co. ("ACES", "we", "us") is a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

2. What we collect

When you submit the contact form or the partnership form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and — where you provide them — your company, telephone number, country, the areas you are interested in, and your message.

Our server also records technical information with each submission: your IP address, the page you submitted from, and the date and time. Your IP address is stored as provided by your connection; we do not anonymise it. We use it to prevent abuse of the forms and to investigate technical problems.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, national identity numbers, payment card details, or any other sensitive personal data.

3. How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies

This website sets one cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are reading the site in English or Arabic. It is required for the site to work and contains no information about you. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

5. Sharing

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered by email to ACES using our own mail server, and are stored in this website's database. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose it where required by law or by a competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Where data is stored

This website and its database are hosted on servers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Personal data submitted through the website is therefore stored outside the Kingdom. If you would like to know where your data is held, contact us using the details below.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, to manage any business relationship that results from it, and to meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes it is deleted. You may ask us to delete your data sooner using the contact details below.

8. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed about how your personal data is used, to access it, to obtain a copy of it, to request that it be corrected, and to request that it be destroyed. Where our use of your data relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including encryption of data in transit and restricted access to the systems that store enquiries. No website can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs and meets the threshold for notification under the applicable regulations, we will notify the competent authority, and affected individuals where required.
