Prof. Khalid Almashouq outlined ACES-NH recent milestones, including the region’s first 5G PON–based neutral host network, shared 5G indoor systems, and the Kingdom’s first 4.0 GHz spectrum-sharing 5G SA indoor trial with CST, Mobily, Zain, and Nokia. He also highlighted ACES collaboration with global partners under NTDP to develop a Saudi-engineered 5G Open RAN neutral host small cell, supporting the Kingdom’s path toward becoming a technology exporter.
