In alignment with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, ACES Defense and CSIR have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in presence of Dr. Akram A Aburas Group CEO & Dr. Thulani Dlamini CEO, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership to commercialize the passive radar technology and products of CSIR in the civilian and security domains in Saudi Arabia. Offerings will be delivered to end users and customers in the civilian and security domains in The Kingdom, specifically in the non-military domain, including to civil and governmental end users in civil aviation, security surveillance, airports, railways, critical infrastructures, installations, wild-life reserves, civilian VIP persons, and public events.
The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the World Defense Show 2026 (WDS), a leading global platform for defense and advanced technology collaboration. This partnership reflects the shared ambition of both organizations to leverage innovation, expertise, and technology transfer to support digital transformation and sustainable national development.
