Dr. Khalid AlMashouq Highlights Breakthrough 5G Neutral Host and P5G Achievements at SCWS Saudi Arabia. ACES is pleased to highlight Dr. Khalid AlMashouq’s participation in the Opening Panel of SCWS Saudi Arabia 2025, where he discussed Saudi Arabia’s first private 5G network in the 4.1–4.2 GHz band, showcased live at the event in partnership with global industry leaders.
Dr. Khalid outlined ACES-NH’s recent milestones, including the region’s first 25G PON–based neutral host network, shared 5G indoor systems, and the Kingdom’s first 4.0 GHz spectrum-sharing 5G SA indoor trial with CST, Mobily, Zain, and Nokia. He also highlighted ACES’ collaboration with global partners under NTDP to develop a Saudi-engineered 5G Open RAN neutral host small cell, supporting the Kingdom’s path toward becoming a technology exporter.
